All Things Green.

Hi there!

So this post is slightly over due! Even though we are already in the month of Feb, we wanted to talk about the pantone colour of the year. So this lookbook was inspired by the 2017 pantone colour of the year, which is “Greenery”. Pretty exciting because green is an amazing colour in all shades! To be honest looking around in stores there isn’t much in terms of greenery yet but we are sure that going into winter, we are going to see much more of it.

Green tones can be paired with many other colours. You could keep it classic and pair it with black/white/grey so the green may stand out; Or you could go earthy and pair greens with browns/nudes that will give you a rather natural look. In order to tone down the green for more of a simple look, you may also pair it with pastel shades. On the other hand you could also change up the entire look by pairing it with colours such as orange/pink/burgandy/purple which will have more of a colour blocking effect.

With this, we both went for a classic look so that green could be the standout colour. We also kept it really casual for our outfits.
